WOW I can't stop looking at my new windows. Sometimes I will just go over and open one and tilt it in and out because it is so easy to do. Before we went with WR we did get a couple other estimates. One was with that outfit that we see on TV all the time. There estimate was ridicules I mean more than twice as much as WR. We did have one issue in that we probably were their first customer that had to delay installation. Let me explain. In early spring a mother Robin had constructed her nest outside on the window sill of one of the windows. My wife was not going to allow anyone to upset that soon to be mother and her 4 babies. So we (she) contacted Paul to explain the situation. He reworked his busy schedule until we were once again empty nesters. Now that's customer service. The installers (Dave and crew) did a great job during the installation process. We are very pleased with the overall process. I think I'll go open up a window ; )
