I have an old house in SW Calgary and intend to demolish it and start new construction after demolition.

The asbestos sample test indicated that there were contamination in 9 samples out of 11 including walls, ceilings and tiles. JAD Environmental Services Inc. was hired to safely remove the contaminated materials and arrange for quality control and air monitoring.

Alex of JAD Environmental Services Inc. was very cooperative. they did all the job with no hastle, removed the all the materials and provided the report for a quite reasonable price comparing other companies I got estimateds from. the job was done in 8 days without my presence at the site.

I recommend this company for the same nature of projects.

They conducted asbestos abatement in my home in the N.W area, they were very professional and on time, I was very impressed with there prompt service, I even contacted the city of Calgary inspector to inspect there work, and his comment stated "the work was impeccable"

Wanting to demolish this house affected by the flood. The city required a hazardous material assessment. We were in a bit of a hurry. Like their website says first time, on time, every time. Just the cost is so much.
