Louis is a pro and very friendly. We were concerned about red squirrels and wasps. He did a thorough check of possible entry points, dealt with wasp Issa, and did not bill for services not needed.

Louis is amazing! Friendly and professional. He was quick to respond to texts/phone calls. Very fast survey of damage and quote for work needed. Showed up on time, even when it was a last minute booking. Above and beyond what was necessary to remove raccoons and repair entry hole.

I had a critter in my basement and Louis came within the hour to help me. He spent several hours scanning my property, inside and out, to determine possible points of entry. After a long stake-out, the critter (we suspect a squirrel) wasn’t to be seen or heard, as it likely left the house the same way it entered. To prevent it returning, Louis blocked the located entry point and installed a one-way door for the animal to be able to leave (in case it was still inside) without being able to return. He assured me that he’d return quickly if we were to hear the animal in our house again.

Century flat roof with 2ft attic space. Several spots required calling and blocking with exit only installed. Works great.

Louis came and did a full evaluation of the house, fixed all the possible entrances and created safe exits from the attic for the squirrels. He even crawled into the attic to identify the critters (he also had a heat-trace camera!). We had previously had another company come to remove squirrels from our attic, but they botched the job so badly, the squirrels were actually using the "exit" they created to enter! And Louis gave a 5-year guarantee! He was here for 4 hours and even covered all the roof vents (raccoons trying to get in). An excellent and thorough job.
