Two sparrows flew inside our front door while I was letting the dog out. After an hour of trying to coax them back outside I realized this was not something I could do on my own. I called Louis, he came right away (within about 15 minutes). He was so helpful, he managed to get the two frightened birds down from the windowsill within a high ceiling area without harming them whatsoever. They flew outside one after the other! He even helped me clean up the "mess" they had made. Thank you so much Louis!

Swallow usely don't get inside home but sometime they get attracted by front porch in search of area to make theirs little mud nest , that little gorgeous swallow couple was stuck inside your tall ceiling ...took a little bit to get them out but with patience they finally understand that outside was a better place for them ...for the cleaning that was my pleasure as not many people can access 18-20' ceiling ,we always do anything to make each and every customer happy
