Taking pictures should be done by any contractor so customer can see and understand properly what happen on your house and what should be done ( mostly when work are done on roof as most people's are not equip and just can't get on roof or ladder to see the situation so this way we can informe our customer properly) the previous contractor add put screen mesh into your dryer vent and plug the vent what cause your dryer to die, dryer vent should never been screen ( but unfortunately 95%of wildlife control do put screen mesh in dryer vent) other than killing your dryer it's will cause condensation inside and out your wall and can cause house fire as well ,vent screening are agains building code rules!!!
