Very professional and cooperative team I've ever encountered . I had very little concern during the whole project. They explain everything you may need to know in detail before they begin the work . They provide with materials and organize all the skilled technicians to be on site whenever they are needed . Cyrus's team has a sense of urgency that surpassed my expectations . Their team , including sub contractors (plumber & electricians) would be on site until every planned activity is finished. They are detailed in communication with the client regarding any decisions and management kept in contact. I would highly recommend choosing this team!

My shower doors have been broken for a long time and the water was leaking to the floor of bathroom. I couldn't find the proper seal to fix it. After months of looking for someone to fix it properly I was recommended by a friend to Cyrus.
They did a great job in replacing our shower doors. There are very on time, proffessional, responsive and polite. The owner himself visits the project daily and work with his team closely to fulfill client need. After finishing the project they clean up the site as well. They did a very clean job with attention to details.

This is the second time we hired Cyrus to do renovations and we weren’t disappointed. The owner visited the site daily and responded immediately to questions. The crew took pride in their work and were very respectful of our home and belongings, cleaning up each day. A detailed contract was provided at the beginning, and once the project was started, the team worked all day, every day until it was complete, on time and on budget. Great work!

Full renovation of lobby and community room including rebuilding walls and ceilings; addition of work island; installation of wall and floor tiles and new and specialized lighting. Every job element was done professionally and in projected timeframes. It was especially rewarding to have a communicative contractor with a small but hard working team. Their estimates for each job were competitive and no surprises. Any extras were for items that could not be predicted and were limited. Cyrus takes pride in it work and workers. The worksite is always left clean and orderly at the end of the day. The company takes safety seriously and does regular oversight of staff. Cyrus makes it a point to keep in close contact with the client to ensure everyon is in sync with the work and progress. They are knowledgeable and have access to other professions for specialty work. Their workers are quite versatile and an accomplished team. We have found them to be an honest and trusted partner.

The Cyrus Renovations team are the most professional Renovations contractors I have had so far. Always on time, very clean and very good quality services provided. I am and I have used their services for my home and my office and would recommend them to anyone. They are on Budget every time and it's good to know that finally you can trust contractors that will do a great job on time and well them.

Greatest service i ever received from contractors, I had initially booked a company to do our floors for our 2nd floor, and they bailed out and didnt do the job or called to cancel, so i called Cyrus renovations and were able to come on Saturday day and complete the job and for a good price and were so thoughtful and cleaned after them selves.

my wife is due in a couple of weeks, and I am expecting our first child so imagine the stress I am going thru, I am definitely will recommend them to everyone and continue to use them.

i have received other quotes from different companies and their prices are very competitive and low and don't take advantage of the client.

Cyrus Renovations renovated our master bathroom a couple of years ago, then renovated our kitchen last summer. While renovating our kitchen, they also took care of a problem regarding our front porch (interlock). Although every project with them ended up costing a lot more than initially budgeted and always took much longer than expected, we were fairly satisfied with the bathroom and kitchen. But when it came to our front porch, it has been nothing but disaster.

1) Most of our plants died in the process of this renovation.
2) The outer portion of our porch sunk after only a few short weeks.
3) The team came back to fix it and we clearly ask what would happen if this occurred again. Morrice's reply: a) we will install rods in base to keep sides from sinking, then if a) was to no avail, b) we would reimburse (please note here that the reimbursement intended was for labour only since all supplies AND tool rentals were paid directly out of our pocket as ADDITIONAL cost.
4) It sank again after the winter and after numerous attempts to contact him, he has not responded to us.
5) We, therefore, will have to hire someone else to fix the problem that Cyrus Renovations left us with.

It was a pleasure dealing with Cyrus Renovations from the planning phase to the execution phase! Our needs were well understood and the finished product looks amazing. I have just hired them again for a major kitchen renovation and I am completely at ease knowing the job will be well done.

I had a contract with this company for finishing my basement. It took around 2 months ( sorry my previous review mentioned 10 months but I meant 10 weeks) but the project involved changing windows, adding one more rough in for shower, fire place with stone.
For the price I paid, I think maybe they did more than expected.
They also came later and fixed small issues.
