Poor Quality Product, Terrible Customer Service

Ordered glass for large project. Was late, some showed up damaged. In the end we had to have over 70% of the product they supplied replaced by another company. Will not use Vitrum again.

We order glass from Vitrum. The order process is easy. They send a shipping confirmation, and we receive the glass in a reasonable time frame. They have always had what we needed in stock-or able to order. Their prices are competitive.
