Our countertops were installed 7 years ago. We are very happy with Discount Granite. The price was good, they were quick to come out and measure, installed 2 days later. At the end of the year our sink fell. My husband was going to fix it himself but could find out at the hardware store what to use. Called Discount, explained what happened and them came out and fixed it Free of Charge. That's service and standing behind your work.

We have recommended them to ours in the past 7 years and everyone has been just as happy with them as we have.

I am very surprised by the other reviews. We cannot say enough good things about Discount Granite ! My niece feels the same way. She got her quartz countertops 2 years ago. Very happy.

Did exactly what Mario said to do, added a 3/4 inch board so countertop wouldn’t obstruct pantry door. His installers cut into my wall (without permission) because the countertop was then to long. Raised two legs of perfectly levelled cupboard which then added a significant slope to counter. When I called to have fixed, Mario insisted that the cupboard was not level when the countertop was installed. He did send his employees to fix and fix it they did. Last night the kitchen sink fell out, there was no epoxy applied to hold in place only silicone. I will not be calling to have them repair, I will pay to have it done properly.

Countertop was cut incorrectly- response: shrug. Once installed they didn't clean it. Mario showed how strong the material is by hitting it with a hammer. We peeled off the plastic after they had left and a large hairline crack was found in the quartz. Their response: "we are not coming back". There were red flags that we just didn't pick up on because we are trusting...."make out the cheque to such-n-such supply place" yet they wouldn't accept a cheque for the install, cash only! "Ah we have had problems with a few cheques bouncing from customers". In any case I wouldnt take a countertop from these people if it was free.

We had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen a few months ago. Discount was quick to come and take measurements and a week after the measurements were taken they came to install. Did a good job and didn't leave a big mess for us to clean. Will use them again for the bathroom renovation.
