From start to finish, Cody, Mike, Shane, and Sharon were wonderful to work with. The diagnosis, recommended Lennox replacement, and install / clean up were best of class. As an added benefit - their communications were awesome, from texts / emails with precision ETAs, including installer pix (for safety, etc) were an unexpected but greatly appreciated bonus!
