A squirrel had made itself a cozy nest on my 3rd storey roof between
a dormer and gable. Ken replied to my service request promptly and was at my place the next morning. Nest was removed and mesh installed within an hour. He also cleaned out the eavestroughs (for an additional charge). A 3-year guarantee was provided on the work. It was all pretty straightforward, but no complaints.
