I'm not sure what it is about roller blinds, but it always seems difficult to find someone willing and able to service them. The original retailer of our blinds refused to service them, saying warranty repairs were the manufacturer's responsibility. The manufacturer said that they themselves wouldn't service them, and brought in another of their retailers, who had the gall to tell us that they had to be completely replaced (which we could tell was not the case). We contacted a few other places - most indicated they could not service them because they didn't sell the brand (not unreasonable I suppose) or wanted upwards of $200 for some simple repairs (fixing mounting, reattaching the weighted bar at the bottom). Others just didn't bother calling back.
Anyway, we were lucky enough to find Sky Blinds. Courteous, prompt, showed up on time and charged a reasonable price for their services. The work was perfect. In a sea of scoundrels, Sky Blinds is a shining beacon of excellence. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. And when it comes time to get new blinds, they will be the first folks I call.
