King's Transfer Van Lines (Burlington)

Moved a 2 bedroom house. The Executive was supposed to come out and didn't. Ended up paying $2K more because of under estimate. The original truck wasn't big enough and it was supposed to be direct but wasn't. The Loading and OffLoading Crew were amazing.

We had a terrible experience with Kings doing a cross country move. The verbally promised delivery window was not met and the company was unwilling to return phone calls. A dresser drawer was broken in the move and rather than note it on the manifest the broken piece was just taped to the inside of the drawer.

Nigel and Greg were both wonderful to deal with helping us organize our move. They were quick to get back to us and were by far the best price we received. On the day of the move, the movers showed up on time, were very efficient and went out of their way to make sure nothing was damaged. They honoured the price they quoted with no surprise fees. I would recommend to family and friends! Thanks again for making our making our move smooth and stress free!
