Alarm install and programming is very hit & miss and their customer service follows suit.
Derek and team raise their voices on the phone, are very condescending and do not resolve issues in a timely manner.

Very quick to respond, and a very neat install, and even when we had questions he was very quick to help out, he knows his product, highly recommended and have forwarded his contact to friends and family, nobody has been disappointed

I have been using Kridan Security for over 13 years. Derek Down is the owner and he is just a joy to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional and accessible. He is always helpful, quick to answer the phone, and when he helps you, you can hear the smile in his voice. He really knows how to give great customer service. In 13 years I have rarely had an issue with my system. I would say Kridan's motto should be "We care about you, your safety and your satisfaction". I would highly recommend him and his company if you are looking for an alarm system.

I have been using this company for about 3 years now and recently cancelled the service. There has been a constant programming error which causes the alarm to beep every morning at 5am! Although I have contacted the company a dozen times, they have been unable to resolve the issue and say that it could be any number of problems. Their tone is very condescending and they are unable to fix the problem. Not happy customer!

I have been with Kridan for at least 3 or 4 years great company and service. I have just bought a new place and they came and removed the wireless box that costed me before 200.00 from them and they re-installed in the new home.
They connected everything again reset the system within one hour. Great service, fast and friendly people. My monthly monitoring service is low comparing to other companies.
I would truly recommend them.
