Ra V General Construction

We hired Ravi when our family was in the middle of a medical crisis. He was not only considerate and professional, he finished the project on time and on budget.

The basement required updating and a washroom was needed to be installed. We were very please with the quality and craftsmanship of the work completed. The project was also completed prior to the estimated completion date.

My husband and I have used Ra-V General Construction for several years on smaller projects (bathrooms, closets, extra bedroom, windows, fences, etc.). This year, it came down to sell our home to buy a home that suits our family needs, or, completely remodel all the untouched portions of the house and customize them to our needs. We did an extensive house search, and after 6 months, decided we were not going to find anything we could afford that truly suited our family.

At that point, we started to plan, with Ravi Persaud, to transform our current home into our dream home. Months of planning and preparation followed. We started late this spring and we are now almost done. There's no doubt that renovating at home that's 70+ years old is going to have it's challenges, and we were no different. At every turn, Ravi had an idea, a suggestion, a solution. He had a different way of thinking of the problem, and turning a negative into a positive.

We are nearing the completion of the project, and moving back home in the next 3 weeks. I couldn't be happier that we chose to remodel our home, rather than move. We have custom designed our home to our exact needs, and Ravi delivered on those plans in a BIG way.

I can't imagine having embarked on this without a General Contractor, who has all the right contacts, who manages all the trades, who has the experience and know how to get results.
