One of the worst new home purchases made. We purchased three new homes in the past before making our next to bremont. So we are not new to this process. Tamara by far has been the only employee with professionalism and prompt responses to email and phone calls. Service by far afterward has been awful. Work promised to be fixed went undone. Oak stairs kicked in. Missing counter tops. patched up ceilings with no drywall tape. Roof unfinished and with water damage. Site has garbage everywhere. Builder needs to realize families live here. When questioned we just get pushed to Tarion with no care to anyone's issue but their own. Rushed closings with homeowners left to brunt the effect of cleaning up.

Me and my fiance purchased our first home with Bremont and i have to say their customer service is EXCELLENT! Right from the sales office to head office. Gary and his team know how to treat people and make them feel comfortable when purchasing a home. Alicia is quick with responding to question and Tamara was amazing during our design appointments. I would hight recommend Bremont!!

We heard about Bremont Homes from my girlfriend who told us about the reputation they have for building good quality homes and they provide the homeowners with a lot of extras. We fell in love with my girlfriend’s home because of the unique design and elegant décor features. We wanted to get the most for our money and I feel we did. We purchased a Bremont home and our experience has been nothing but Positive. We also received a lot of extras including upgraded wood flooring on the main floor, quality windows, an IPAD to run the house and appliances. The kitchen subcontractor that Bremont deals with had beautiful modern designs and products. We enjoyed dealing with them, their patients and professionalism was very much appreciated. Bremont had a large selection of home décor products to choose from. Their Décor Consultant was knowledgeable of all the products and she really understood our sense of style and had excellent suggestions. Their customer service was exceptional; any issues were addressed within a reasonable time and dealt with professionally. I felt that they appreciated our business and tried to accommodate us with any ideas we had. It’s a great feeling when you deal with people who value all your concerns, especially when you are making such a large investment. We decided to write a review about Bremont Homes because there are only a couple of reviews and they seem to be negative. Considering Bremont Homes has many sites, I can only presume all the other homeowners are very satisfied (as we are) with their purchase. We love our new home and I would definitely recommend Bremont Homes.

To anyone who is considering purchasing a new home, we wanted to share our recent experience with Bremont Homes.
Believe it or not, we were not even considering buying a new home last year; however, the moment we walked into the Bremont Homes sales office and saw the unique designs, elaborate features and vision for the Crown of Creditview community, we knew this is where we wanted to raise our family.
Gary (owner), Alicia (office manager) and Tony (site supervisor) have and continue to provide exceptional customer service throughout our presale and after sale experience. They have made every effort to make our house a “dream home”.

Alicia guided us through the various building phases with professionalism. Alicia provided valuable input into the design and material selection and went above and beyond to ensure our custom needs were met. Alicia and Tony’s guidance regarding the principles of value engineering and functionality were invaluable. Tony ensured the entire process was infused with loving attention to every detail. Each and every employee who worked on the site are individuals who are dedicated to excellence while exhibiting patience, high regard for the homeowner and cheerful dispositions. We know these attitudes filter down from the top starting from Gary.

In addition, professional subcontractors were selected and supervised by Tony with exceptional care. In particular, QTK kitchens and Grandeur Doors did an amazing job of helping us design our dream kitchen and delivered a majestic front entry door respectively.

We can’t say enough about the positive experience during the construction process of our home, the responsiveness to any of our concerns and the exceptional after sales experience.

Anyone looking to purchase a new home should look no further than Bremont Homes as their quality is far superior to any builder we have seen. We continually receive compliments on our new home that make us so proud of our decision! This has validated our decision in selecting Bremont Homes.

My Wife Kim is the previous reviewer. After posting her review, we received a message from their customer service department, asking about the review, and promising a follow up from the owner of the builder within 2 weeks. Bremont has followed and extended an apology for all the issues. In my opinion, Bremont has 2 employees on staff who seem to care, and hold the entire company together. If it wasn't for them, I would give 0 stars.

I wish that I never purchased a townhome with Bremont Homes. I have a townhouse in the Derry Chase location in Mississauga, we moved in May 2011. Our initial walkthrough prior to moving in didnt reveal any huge problems, other than installing a non-opening window in a bedroom (which was fixed promptly). However after spending a few months in our new home, the very poor construction revealed itself. Most walls through out the home were bowed out, not squared or down right crooked. Our sliding door off our kitchen didnt close properly, as the exterior wall was crooked. And the list goes on. Everything was placed on our 1 year Tarion warrenty form. Any satisfaction with the company completly dissolved after that. Ongoing calls and emails, we were told that on-site employee's or contractors were scheduled to come in to "look", these appointments were rescheduled or cancelled, or the calls were just not answered or messages returned. Everytime they came in, it was lots of promises and not a lot of follow up. 6 months after our 1 year form was submitted, more than half the problems still exist. Currently I have a toilet and sink in my master bedroom, which has been there for the past 3 days, and will be there for at least another 3 days, as they are attempting to fix the floor of our ensuite that was installed unlevel. There are lots of apologies from the site co-ordinator, but not enough results. They try fix anything the quickest, cheapest and easiest way possible. If they had proper project management from the very beginning (I'm talking bare bones construction here, like the framing) I doubt this would have been such a terrible experience. And their abilities to resolve any of the issues are severly lacking. I think Bremont Homes bit off more than they could chew with this project (Derry Chase). After my experience with them, I will never purchase a new home again. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new home with Bremont, I would STRONGLY recommend that you think again.

House bought May 2010 - moved in April 2011 (finished build)

The design/layout of the townhouses at Triumph Lane are very good. The finishes inside are good, however not great. We had to do ALOT of complaining to get things fixed and in the end decided to fix some things ourselves. This is probably the same with every builder however.

Where Bremont definitely did not come through was on the landscaping and exterior finishes:

- The steps they put in/laid have chips in them, and we have a large hole at the bottem of ours which was on the 30 day inspection that they have yet to fix correctly (they tried to fill in with a broken patio slab). Other homeowners front steps have sunken landings which is visible at street level.
- The concrete posts that they put in for the balconies are proper in our house, however in alot of other units the concrete bits are well above ground level & this is incorrect.
- The trees/bushes they put in were partially dead when planted and they have yet to replace them and are now saying that the condo board will be at least partially responsible for replacing them (which means more $$$).
- When they paved the roadway they splattered tar ALL over the place and did not clean up afterwards. The smaller & larger bits of tar that were left over along the curbside were actually either left there (there are still some bits that I have not cleaned up yet - as I have taken this upon myself to do) or swept up and put into our front garden area in front of the house right on top of our plants (I cleaned this up myself as well)
- To this day we still have not had our exterior windows cleaned (despite mentioning it a few times) and there is tar and mortar on them

Basically, if you drive through and take a long look you will see that the exterior is messy/poorly done, and it is now up to the homeowners/condo board to try to make it better
