Electrical inspection was required for a finished basement in absence of an electrical permit at time of development. Rob Syward was very courteous, respectful and competent in his craft. He took the time to explain his findings and explain how the report would be drafted, i.e. what it would report and what would not be included. I was well informed of this inspection process and knew what to expect.

After many years of usage, an electric outlet in my house suddenly stopped working. No fuse had blown. I was very happy with the service I received from Robart Consulting Ltd. I had an electrician install service to a hot tub a couple of years ago, but he did not pull a permit for the work. I was selling our house. One of the sale conditions was that existing along the wall wiring be mechanically protected. The amount and complexity of the job required that a good portion of it be replaced with BX.
