While the job proved to be rather complicated and expensive, requiring some subcontractors, Chris Cochrane and his team did precisely what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and in as neat and clean a fashion as possible. Chris in particular was most friendly and helpful. We would certainly not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter again if we have future plumbing or septic problems.
