We called Mr Rooter to get a second opinion on a leaking outdoor faucet, as our original plumber suggested changing all of the components including the indoor water shutoff valve. Mark from Mr Rooter was the technician who helped us. He was very professional by giving us an honest assessment of the condition of our plumbing and suggested a systematic way to test the culprit of the leak. In the end, only a few components had to be changed at a fraction of the cost.
Mark also impressed us by following up on the next day (outside his normal work hours) to make sure everything was working fine. We will definitely keep Mark and Mr Rooter in mind for any future plumbing needs.
