I supposed to have an appointment with New Image for my investment property and I could not make it. Being extremely busy these days, I totally forgot to inform Ivano ahead of time. He made the effort crossing half the city and arrived on time. When he knew that I could not show up as scheduled, he was very nice and being very understanding.
I would like to take the opportunity to apologize to him again.
