I am writing this review in support of Ivano Galbiati and his New Image Group Company. In 2006, after a 10 month extensive home renovation, I was in need of window treatments for my entire home. After getting a few estimates from other companies and being less than satisfied, luckily I came across an advertisement for New Image Group so I decided to give them a call. Upon Ivano’s punctual arrival, I was quite impressed with his knowledge and advice about window coverings. After comparing the same shutter product the other companies quoted me on, Ivano was able to give me a more affordable quote and a quicker delivery date. Needless to say, I connected with Ivano and from our first conversation I knew I was going to do business with him. I have to say Ivano is very courteous, very professional and I have come to respect him for his many laudable traits. After dealing with many people during our renovation, there is no trade or contractor that has ever come close to the exceptional service and quality work I received from New Image Group from start to finish. My experience with the actual shutter installation was extremely positive and went beyond my expectations. The meticulous workmanship and installation is to be commended. My home had been freshly painted and I had new hardwood floors installed. New Image Group was cautious and did not cause a scratch or one single mark on the walls or floors. It is refreshing to encounter a Company such as New Image Group that provides phenomenal customer service and genuinely cares about its customers. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the shutters. The shutters still look new after eight years. I know I chose the best company to install our shutters. Over the past eight years, my family and friends have purchased window coverings from Ivano and all have been extremely satisfied. I would like to recommend New Image Group to anyone who is in need of a reputable company who really understands the meaning of customer satisfaction and takes pride in selling quality products at reasonable prices.
