(Bat Removal) Pretty good

I hired this company to get rid of a bat problem we had in the spring of 2016 after reading reviews here. I was told there were bats and there were lots of openings and the had to seal off the area the bats were in except certain spots so they could get out. I was emphasized how bats are protected and it would cost more to get rid of them safely so they continued to live. I hired them to do this thinking it was the best thing for the bats and would seal things up so no further problems. They came on time to seal the building up except for the areas their professionals deemed the bats were coming in and out. They advised me that the one way doors had to wait cause of seasonal timing with bats and babies. Ok that was fine.
The follow ups I had to make for one reason or another was a pain. I understand there may have been a system problem at their end. We are all human LOL
Hopefully with some tweaks at their end and now working with them on any issues I have everything can be resolved.
Overall a good choice!

(Bat Removal) I really am surprised by other reviews

I hired this company to get rid of a bat problem we had in the spring of 2016 after reading reviews here. I was told there were bats and there were lots of openings and the had to seal off the area the bats were in except certain spots so they could get out. I was emphasized how bats are protected and it would cost more to get rid of them safely so they continued to live. As well as 350 linear feet of caulking (which I highly doubt that much was used). I hired them to do this thinking it was the best thing for the bats and would seal things up so no further problems. They came on time to seal the building up except for the areas their "professionals" deemed the bats were coming in and out. They advised me that the one way doors couldn't go up yet due to seasonal timing with bats and babies. Ok that was fine. So they said they would contact me in approx Sept I think it was.
Part way into the hot summer we started to notice a terrible smell in one bedroom (where the attic hatch was)...It was getting worse as time went on. We thought it was a dead mouse, but after having no more sounds from the wall I now know it was the bats rotting away. The "professionals" sealed them in and the protected creatures I paid lots to keep safe were dead. Good I guess cause there was no more problem, but certainly not what was promised to me.
Sept came around when they were supposed to call me and come back to put up the one way doors, and I waited and waited with no call back. I called them and asked what was happening and the girl said she had to find out. I got a call back apologizing and said they would be out. 2 days later they showed up and I told them about the smell and what I suspected happened. I got a reposes of "oh well maybe it was a mouse" I told him every yer where we are we smell a dead mouse and that this was way different. He said "oh sorry". they put up the one way doors and I was assured they would be back to remove them....
Well it's now Jan, 2017 and the bat doors are still up there and nothing from the company!
All I do is shake my head on why I spent over $2000 for all this. I couldn't believe after killing the bats, us putting up with smell and having to track them down (again) I wasn't offered a refund. I didn't insist on one mind you, but I feel a good company would feel obligated if they didn't give what was told they would do. So instead I will post here and let my friends and neighbours know.
Please don't use these guys for bat removals (other stuff maybe-I'm not sure)
