I hired this company to get rid of a bat problem we had in the spring of 2016 after reading reviews here. I was told there were bats and there were lots of openings and the had to seal off the area the bats were in except certain spots so they could get out. I was emphasized how bats are protected and it would cost more to get rid of them safely so they continued to live. I hired them to do this thinking it was the best thing for the bats and would seal things up so no further problems. They came on time to seal the building up except for the areas their professionals deemed the bats were coming in and out. They advised me that the one way doors had to wait cause of seasonal timing with bats and babies. Ok that was fine. The follow ups I had to make for one reason or another was a pain. I understand there may have been a system problem at their end. We are all human LOL Hopefully with some tweaks at their end and now working with them on any issues I have everything can be resolved. Overall a good choice!

The company was very helpful every time we went in to decide the color and style. Even offered us donuts and coffee. The immeasurements were done very professionally and accurately. And the install was quick and no problems Good overall company

We had Chad from Outback masonry put rock with mortar and grout on the front part of our house and around the door. As well he re-did the chimney that was falling apart. Let me say that the house looks fantastic now, and people have stopped to ask who did it. The attention to detail and mason work done was waaay beyond what we thought the quality might be. As well he's extremely friendly and getting busier-so give a call soon. We will be calling him back to do more next year. Oh, and he cleaned everything up and was always here when he said he would be! Highly, highly recommended.

After getting quotes from other companies TWICE as much. PPC was by far more in line with industry pricing. Jim was VERY helpful on the phone and were able to accommodate my busy schedule very well. Chris arrived and looked at the job needed and decided he didn't have enough material to do the job properly and asked if he could come back the next day. I had n problem with it and really wanted it done right the first time!! It also occurred to me that some other companies may have just tried to "make it work" with what they had on them at the time. I hate that! I don't want companies to keep coming back to deal with it or me trying to contact them. PPC did it right the first time and the squirrel hasn't been heard since!! I am so impressed with the service and friendliness everyone gave us during this whole time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We bought a house in May 2013 and needed the septic looked at. These guys came recommended from a friend in the area and they didn't disappoint! We've never had a septic system before and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even after when we called with questions and concerns.

I won't be using him to finish the stairs! The work done seemed ok but found marks in it and a LOT of stains left on the white basebords! When I asked about why there were stains on the baseboards the reply was "oh those can be just painted over" Which is more work for me. Why they didn't spend the 20 dollars for a buch of painters tape I'll never know. So now we are looking for someone to finish the job on the stairs. There was no way we were giving him more
