Alison, the owner of Sugar Tree Cleaning is very personable & professional. Her team has done an amazing job many times at cleaning my 2000+ sq. ft. home, at a reasonable cost. If I've had any extra cleaning requests, the cleaners have always followed through. In fact, Alison makes sure to go above & beyond, even leaving me flowers & a card when a family member had passed away. I needed a cleaning service for a rental property in NE Calgary. I found the ad for Sugar Tree in my SW community newsletter and they very kindly agreed to do the cleaning even though it was far away.
The kitchen needed to be re-cleaned and it was done the next day with no complaints.

I use Sugar Tree for a monthly house cleaning and they have been cleaning my house for about a year now. They are very thorough and the house looks great afterwards. They do a great job of cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and getting under the furniture. The only issue I've had is some miscommunication regarding scheduling dates/times. I would recommend Sugar Tree.

I was looking for a cleaning company that could do a professional cleaning of an apartment as part of my purchase agreement with the buyer. Sugar Tree stepped up to the plate and provided me with excellent cleaning work at a good price. The cleaning team showed up on time and stayed until the work was complete. I've had positive comments from my real estate agent and the purchaser on what a great job they did of the cleaning work, and the team took care of some extra touches I wasn't expecting such as cleaning the blinds on the windows. Their follow-up and customer service were exceptional and I will definitely be using them again for future cleaning work!
