I had a fabulous experience with John Archer at Dr. Screen. John replaced my patio screen door as the old screen door was giving me issues. John was very knowledgeable and caring while installing the new screen. He made sure to reinstall the track in order for the door to slide smoothly and perfectly fit into place.
John’s personal customer service is the best I have experienced. He had a caring approach and was a true professional while answering my questions. I highly recommend John at Dr. Screen as he truly gets the job done right!
