Alladin Air

We wanted to replace our wood burning fireplace with a gas insert fireplace. After shopping around we decided to purchase our gas insert from Roger at Alladin Air. Rogers price was competitive on a Valor fireplace insert. Roger completed the sale and installation in a very professional and excellent manner. Roger's competitor told us they could not install the Valor model we wanted because it would not pass the City of Calgary inspection. The City of Calgary inspector approved Roger's installation and stated it was excellent.

Had problem with downstairs gas fireplace pilot light not staying lit. Phoned and talked to Roger about problem and he ordered parts so when he showed up he would have what he needed to fix problem. Showed up and fixed problem in an orderly fashion. It's an older Valor gas fireplace and he knows all about them (had other people over with similar problem on upstairs fireplace and they couldn't fix it Called Roger and he fixed it right away) would highly recommend Roger tks

We wanted a certain size of insert (a bigger one), and this company sold the brand we liked, and took the time to make sure it fit into the existing opening perfectly, even though it was a challenge. They were very good to work with and I would recommend them.
