My Kenmore dryer came up with a F-01 code and would not start. My best friend told me about Quicksilver Appliance Service. I called Rick and he was able to come by the next day. From what I had told him he knew there was something wrong with the control board. After he tock it apart he called me down to take a look. I could see a burn mark on the back of the board. When he said a new control board was $280.00 plus a labour charges I was seriously considering buying a new dryer. He gave me another option he could re solder the heater relay to the board as there was a good chance of success and other technicians had done this with good results. He could not guarantee the repair would last, but two months later this inexpensive repair is still holding up. I will not hesitate to call Quicksilver Appliance Service again.
