i had jason come to fix our toilet and within minutes he had assessed the situation and had us fixed up in less than two hours. these guys are great i would for sure recommend them to my friends.

Original appointment rescheduled due to both parties unable to make it. Very good service, cost a little more than I thought but the service was great. He also installed new drainage and a garburator and even cleaned up after himself. Would recommend to anyone.

i had called up need a plumber to come out and solve a few issues to do with my tub faucet and also some duct work and furnace maintenance.the technician who had arrived, Jason, was a friendly large man who was clearly very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. after describing each problem to me and how much each one would cost up front, he began working immediately. his work was very well done and he had it completed in a reasonable amount of time. All around this company, who i have used before, has given me nothing but excellent service and i would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing and/or heating repairs

I called need a plumber and they sent a great guy out. Very talkative and informative. He explained why I should have done and gave me a price on repairing the heater or replacing it I chose to have it replaced. He had the heater on his truck and by the looks of the inside of his truck he probably had just about everything you could need in there. Very patient and clearly explained everything. He did the work and also fi/ed my sink that I had put ductape on the drain pipe. I will call Rick the next time I need a plumber, for sure.

My mom had need a plumber canada out to replace some taps and fix her toilet. They were very proffessional and clean. They all wear uniforms so you know whose knocking on the door. Thats a good idea. We are very pleased and my mom got a seniors discount of 10 percent. No waiting for plumber he was on time.

Our hot water tank failed. We needed a replacement. We got Bill and Jason in, they replaced it quickly. The service was great, they gave us a good deal on our heater.

Had Richard out today, He informed me of things that I had never heard of. I decided to google some of what he said and sure enough he was right on the money. I had some previous quotes from other companies regarding a water softener installation.

Long story short Richard installed a brand new hot water tank, a water softner for less than what I was quoted by 2 other companies. He also gave me a year supply of salt for it and walked me through the set up, settings changes and maintenance for my hot water tank and softner.

Great Plumber, Great company, Fast and well trained.
They even called me 15 minutes before Richard showed up
