We were very pleased with the new roof the crew put on our house and shed. They worked very professionally and it was done very quickly, 2 days and the roof looks awesome. They kept the yard very clean and all the mess was cleaned up when they were finished.
Liked the way David came to the house and presented the whole package to us, and explained what was going to be done.
The neighbours were very impressed by the crew, how they worked and the appearance of the roof.

I was explained in detail what the Roofing service would entail and cost. A clear and concise booklet was provided with all necessary info. Landmark Roofers were there on time and competed job in a professional and timely manner . PR was friendly and professional and not hurried.
Later , I had a question and the rep came out and follow-up was done the day after my call to my complete satisfaction.
My new roof looks great!

My bathroom started leaking on a Wednesday night. So I called Landmark to see if they could come out the next day to check it out. They ended up coming to my house within an hour of me calling them. He checked out the leak and put a tarp up. Then he called me the next day and told me he could have a crew out monday.
On Monday the crew showed up at 7am and had my roof done by 1pm with no mess left. The roof looks great and everyone had been complementing the speedy installation and overall look. I will definitely being recommending landmark if anyone inquires about a roofing company.

Our roof sprung a leak while I was out of town, which was quite distressing, and based on reviews on Home Stars, I called David at Landmark for an inspection and a quick fix until a new roof could be installed. I felt very comfortable working with David and his team. They were professional and helpful in explaining the cause of the leak and kept up communication as we waited for a break in weather to replace the roof. David was conscious of suggesting a quality roof within our budget and our needs and installation was smooth with everything kept neat and tidy. I am very impressed with their service and quality of work and highly recommend!

We had an insurance claim for damage to our roof from the wind storms this year. We could not be happier with Landmark Roofing. David Leite visited us for a quote last month. We had 3 other roofing companies give us estimates and ultimately chose Landmark due to their customer service and superior product. David came to our house with samples and helped us with choosing the right product and colour. David was the only person that actually went into our attic to see if there was any damage inside the attic. We are very impressed with the job that was done it looks great and they did a very good job of cleaning up after they were done. If we move or ever need another roof, we will definitely call Landmark Roofing.

We had our roof replaced recently for the second time in 35 years. This time the great folks at Landmark Roofing did the job and we are extremely happy with what they did. David Leite was very helpful in pointing out the inefficiencies of the last installer and we were very confident in going ahead and having him go ahead and replace the roof for us.

What an absolutely terrific job they all did and in just a day and a half the job was completed. They were so competent and friendly, a real team of excellent workers. The price was very reasonable and we just cannot say enough about the good experience we had in our dealings with David and his Landmark team.

We contacted them based on the reviews we saw and now we are delighted to include this review ourselves.

After contacting six roofing companies, two showed up, and only David took the initiative to actually climb on to my roof to conduct a proper assessment. Quotes came in from all six, but only Landmark justified the quote. They were neither the lowest nor the highest quote. The appointment was for the Monday. David called me on Thursday previous and asked if I would mind if they came on Friday, the next day! So instead of waiting till Monday, they arrived three days early. The work was completed on the one day even though David had previously assessed a day and a half or even two, depending on what was discovered under my current tiles. The guys were awesome. They worked non-stop, did a fantastic job and left the place so clean before they went home, job done. They even found the time to replace four boards.
Because they worked until the job was done before the weekend, (rain in the forecast), they finished around 6pm and they only had to return for the skip full of my original tiles etc., on the Saturday morning, and even took the time to scour for nails etc., once the skip had been removed from my driveway.
Having had lots of work done by so-called professionals around my home over the 27 years I have been at this address, these guys are far and away the most professional and courteous team of young men we have ever hired. Would I recommend them or even use them again? You bet I would.

I found a leak in my hidden gutter copper downpipe. After a close inspection it turned out to be completely rotten and corroded. I went to home depot but they did not offer replacement parts for hidden gutters. As it was Saturday all the 'specialty' roofing company suppliers were closed. I found Landmark roofing while googling the other roofing suppliers. Dave the owner called me back within 10 minutes. I explained the situation and Dave offered to get me the replacement parts right away even though he knew I was trying to save some money and DIY the job. Even his project manager Rob came down off a high precarious roof to give me helpful advice and walk me through the entire fix. I worked out perfect, I caught it in time and felt very satisfied. I will most certainly be calling those guys when my roof needs replacing!
