On the coldest day, we were able to book Jeff to come see us. He was very professional, and quick to diagnose that the reason our hot water tap wasn’t working was due to a frozen pipe! He took his time to explain to us what needed to be done, and answered every single question we had. He explained what we would need to do if it didn’t thaw, and if it did thaw. We followed his directions and within a few hours had running water! He also offered valuable advice on another issue he noticed with a pipe. He didn’t push more service or money. He knew we could fix it ourselves, and therefore didn’t charge us more than the fee to assess.

Jeff's company kept me updated via iMessage about his arrival time and was actually earlier than stated. He quickly accessed the situation (really old faucets) and suggested two options for replacement. He got the work done as promised and returned promptly when the job needed a tweak. Jeff is professional, courteous and has a great sense of humour. We would recommend him to anyone.

Jeff is excellent. It was a small job, replacing the inside parts of my toilet, as well as replacing the intake hose and shutoff valve.

Jeff arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. He also noticed another issue which could lead to more serious issues when trying to turn off my main water valve. He will be back again once I call the city to arrange the water to be shut off! We were expecting terrible news, but then Jeff from The Great Plumbing Co. came in, quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. It was a game changer. We were experiencing significant leakage in our basement, but like a surgeon, Jeff checked drains, ascertained when all appliances were last used, and even estimated (to the day) how old each of the fixtures were.

Given the experiences we had previously had with plumbers, we gulped and prepared ourselves for awful news. Within a few short minutes, he determined that this was nothing more than a loose toilet with a leaky tank. He had a replacement in his truck ready to go. I realized we needed another toilet replaced too, and he quickly made a few calls and picked the second one up shortly thereafter.

Had I gone to Home Depot to purchase these units, and then call a handyman to install, it would have cost me significantly more. He did both jobs at the snap of a finger at a cost that made us smile.
