We had the pleasure of working with Jeff at the Great Plumbing company. We used them after having used other plumbers and not totally loving their work. Our kitchen sink/clothes and dishwashers were backing up into the basement sink. Jeff was quick, informative and offered us solutions starting from the hopeful least expensive fix to quotes for what we would need to try next. Jeff is the first person to be in our house since Covid started and he was absolutely cautious and took every measure possible to keep our family safe. Highly recommend them.

Our kitchen sink was leaking . I phoned The Great Plumbing Co. on Friday and they came on Monday morning . We needed a new faucet which the plumber ( Jeff) had in his truck The work was done within 45 minutes and the old parts taken away.

There are a lot of choices for plumbers in Homestars but we are so LUCKY to have found Jeff! Apart from the work he did, we hugely appreciate that he offered to give recommendations towards plumbing issues he found in our home and these advices were not restricted to the job we called him for. It was by his own initiative! That means that he CARED for his customers and perhaps looked at our home as his own too. One example was, he spotted a basement problem that could've cost us an arm and a leg in the future! As an owner of a condo for the longest time and new owner of a detached house, we are not too aware of how to troubleshoot and be our own handyman. He figured that we needed a dehumidifier in our basement due to dampness and musty smell - an advice not given by our home inspector when we raised that issue. We immediately purchased one the following day and WOW! What a huge improvement in our basement! Before, we couldn't even stand going down there because of the smell and cold temperature. Now, we can stay longer without feeling uncomfortable. We are very grateful to Jeff about this!
He was very professional and his work is truly mess-free! He described the work in detail and he provided plumbing recommendations that are TRULY NECESSARY that saved us cost. He was very organized, fast and efficient with his work. We certainly know now who to call if ever we stumble on a plumbing fix. A REPEAT CUSTOMER for sure.
