Toilet repair

Jeff responded to my request through Home Stars on a Sunday and arrived promptly the next day for the repair. Given the current Covid19 crisis, he wore a mask at all times. He was professional, efficient and had the job completed in just over an hour. Thank you Jeff!

Faucet, toilet tank valves, flapper.

Jeff came by shortly after my call and fixed two leaky toilet tank valves, a dripping kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet tank flapper. He explained the issues clearly and took care of them. Very fast and friendly service.

Pipe leaking in basement ceiling

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Richmond Hill

Very professional, excellent communication and expertise. Jeff was able to find hairline leak in the pipe and fix it before the water leak could do bigger damage in the basement ceiling. He was able to come within hours of calling and fixed the problem on the spot.

Great work...again

This is the second time Jeff has come by. This time I had issues with the kitchen sink being plugged. He dealt with the issue professionally and recommended no further work done. My sense is he is a plumber you can trust and won't ever do unnecessary work. That's great to have in a plumber. Would recommend him to everyone I know.

Several years after we started The Great Plumbing Co., industry was booming in the GTA and we saw an even greater need outside the residential plumbing space.
