Very well organized company. Great communication skills. Jeff texted approximate time of arrival. Punctual, good listener, very knowledgeable, personable, skillful and efficient. Fixed our leaky kitchen sink. Gave helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. Also looked at other issues, gave quote, ordered parts and will be returning to fix. I highly recommend Jeff and The Great Plumbing Co.
