Jeff is not only a pro plumber but he had excellent service. I really appreciated how he wrote an invoice and explained the costs and contingencies to me BEFORE work commenced so that we have agreement. He took the time to run through various scenarios and explained the cost and work involved to do each type repair. He also took the time to give me some tips on maintaining my drains! Highly recommend!
