We had a party that inevitably ended up with one of the bathrooms backed up. I booked online post-party and was able to book Jeff to be onsite the next morning. He was professional and efficient and cleared up all the issues, no problem. He also clearly outlined what his process would be and any possible alternative outcomes. Would definitely recommend The Great Plumbing Co for the impressive service.
