We had a water leak and asked Jeff to come to identify the source of the leak. Jeff was professional, friendly, and had a good sense of what the possible problems were fairly quickly. We did further tests and confirmed the leak was coming from a likely faulty shower pan. Unfortunately that was outside of Jeff’s scope to fix, but we are nonetheless glad to identify the problem. The cost to perform further test was in addition to the initial cost of having Jeff to come over. We are happy to pay the additional cost for Jeff’s time, but just want to include this information for other people’s awareness.
