Blocked Sink, Water behind furnace, toilet gasping ...
Our kitchen sink stopped draining. Our dishwasher had been needing constant restarts the last several months, now the sink would fill with dirty water and we finally had to bail it out to empty it. Jeff trouble shot, power-snaked in behind the wall to pull up a wad of muck, and rebuilt the damaged lines under the sink. The dishwasher works like a charm now, the sink drains like a champion, the space under the sink is no longer a swamp. Thanks for all of that, Jeff.
The furnace had a layer of water on the floor. Jeff took a look and found a misplaced humidifier line. He reset it and solved the problem.
The basement toilet was constantly gasping. Jeff replaced the parts in the tank and it is now a quiet, trustworthy appliance.
All work was done smoothly, with explanations and no work was started before my informed approval including cost estimates.
