Jeff arrived at the house as promised. Very friendly and customer oriented. After diagnosing the problem, told me exactly what was involved and what he had to do to correct the issue. After the confirming the work, Jeff went about his work and completed the repair as explained to me. If there was any mess, he cleaned it up. I paid him for his work, thanked him for the great service. Jeff is very professional and I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
