We had a water tank emergency. Tyler from Drain Right Now, fit us into his schedule right away. He came prepared for whatever the issue was. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done beforehand. Tyler is very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. The new fixtures (sink, faucet, toilet) are stunning and the job of replacing them was done with outstanding workmanship and pride! I’ve used DrainRightNow before and find pricing reasonable/ competitive/fair but the customer service and workmanship is something you don’t always see anymore in today’s society. The job was done correctly, on time, and the entire bathroom and kitchen sink area was cleaned up better than I’d clean it myself! Mike came out and identified the issue and explained what action he would take to resolve the problem. He was very professional and worked very neat and expeditiously to complete the job. Upon completion, he explained to me what actions I should take to avoid a simular occurance in the future. He was very knowlegdeable, curtious and polite throughout the process. Had a rusted out t-joint on my main plumbing line that needed immediate repair. I contacted Tyler, and although he was extremely busy, he made the time to come and fix the issue. While he was here he also came up with a solution to another problem I was having with my bathroom plumber.
