We ran out of water and called Tyler right away and got a reply immediately as we always do, doesn't matter when it is, this is one of the best services I've had to deal with since moving here.
We had to have water blasted down the well and now have water after some hard work from Mike and co worker and a 'few' mosquitos, thank you both so much, the friendly and knowledgeable service is incredibly appreciated. I could go on and on but I haven't had a shower in 2 days and need to do that now :)

Tyler's done lots of work here and there in our home over the years. He's always prompt and professional when we have an appointment booked.

We have been using Drain Right now for years at our cottage in Muskoka. Not only are they the best plumbing service I've ever used, but I can confidently say that they are the best trade I've ever worked with. Often, the owner Tyler troubleshoots the problem for me without even coming out to see the issue. Last time this happened I had to force him to take a payment for helping me out. Not the usual money grabbing way of doing business in cottage country.

I have referred Drain Right Now many times and got the same exact feedback from family and friends.

This team is amazing. I texted (so convenient) this morning the minute I heard an issue. Less than 3 hours later they were at our house working. They are considerate of your home as they work, they told us cost upfront and were spot on and they are super friendly.

We feel very fortunate to have found Tyler and Drain Right Now. Tyler arranged for Mike to get our cottage opened in short order late on a Friday so it was ready for us on Saturday. We didn't hesitate to contact Tyler when we needed a new Water Filtration System - he met our timelines, answered all our questions and handled everything very professionally. After some very heavy rain we had the alarm go off in our sump pit indicating one of the pumps had failed. Luckily the backup was still working. Tyler responded right away and was out to our place promptly to investigate the issue. Turned out it was a simple fix related to the float switch. While he was here he checked out another concern we had which also turned out to be a non-issue. He was super diligent and professional - highly recommend!

In preparation for selling my home I had a few issues I needed investigated . Tyler was fast to respond understood What I needed and was very fair and honest . His team were friendly and mindful of my time constraints and made sure to work around my schedule . Tyler even returned to follow up on the work his crew had done to make sure I was satisfied as I thought something may have been overlooked ... it was something very minor which he took care of and replaced for free which he did not need to do ! I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and honesty !!

Back in 2016, Tyler did an excellent job installing our sump backup Jet Pump. A few weeks ago, I contacted Tyler about our 20 year old water softener and the issues that we were having. He recommended a Waterite replacement softener. His technicians arrived fully prepared and did an outstanding job installing the new softener and simplifying the plumbing spider web in the closet. It's now much easier to manage the outside taps for winter. I also had him replace our leaky 20 years old garage water tap. The technician did the best soldering job that I've ever seen in my entire life. During the visit, they noticed that the shutoff valve by my water meter had been leaking. Tyler helped me work with the town to schedule the water shutoff and schedule a visit to replace it. Again the technician arrived fully prepared and coordinated with the town to turn the water back on. During this visit I had him replace the backyard 20 year old water tap and again his skills blew me away. The technician displayed outstanding customer service and the most impressive technical skill I've ever seen. Drain Right Now are simply amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
