I have had Tyler come to my home on 3 different occasions. His latest visit was to fix a leak under my sink and the leaking pipes in my laundry room. As always, Tyler did an excellent job. The leaks are now fixed. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate that he also cleans everything up before he leaves. Drain Right Now is always my first call when I have any plumbing issues. Thanks Tyler! You are awesome.

I called Tyler when I came across his sticker in the basement, near our well pump. We’ve had water issues and I’ve had a hard time finding assistance we could count on. Tyler answered on a Sunday (when I was at the end of my rope priming our pump) while he was on vacation!!!

Walked me through some trouble shooting steps, asked for pictures and called me - even though he couldn’t make it out. Had the pump picked up prime, that would’ve been the end of it - he didn’t help thinking there would be a pay off - he just wanted to get us out of a jam.

Honest, genuine and just a helpful person - talk about a rarity these days! We’ve hired him to sort out our pump issues and would recommend him 10 times over.

The discharge spout from my sump pump was right underneath my deck and due to the slope, it essentially resulted in water coming out from teh sump pump, flowing under the deck into a large pool, and then coming right back into the house, meaning whenever it rained heavily, the sump pump would run continuously. Tyler immediately figured out not only the issue but a way to fix it that was economical and efficient, rerouting the drainage pipe to the side of my house where it could run out to the front of the property, draining down to the road.
Tyler explained everything clearly, helped me put a make-shift solution in place until he was able to get to me to do the job properly, and fixed a drainage issue with one eavestrough downspout at the same time.
Since he has been here, my issue is totally resolved - no longer do i wake up in rainstorms in a panic and head outside with buckets! Thanks Tyler - the job was fantastic and I appreciated you checking in afterwards several times to make sure all remained well.

Tyler is my go to guy for plumbing. He has traveled to our island property many times to do a winter shut down of our cottage which he did an amazing job at! There were no issues with the plumbing when we returned in the spring, install a UV filter, replace a bladder in our water pump and respond to an emergency call about our bathroom sink leaking. He is always so kind, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy and takes the time to show and explain what needs to be done. He is the best and I highly recommend him!

Tyler recently took care of a few repairs and replacements for me. Service was fast, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and the cost prior to doing them, even pointing out things I could do myself. He advised on a larger project that will need to be done at some point as well, and I wouldn't even consider anyone else for the job when the time comes.

After receiving a quote for $33k, Tyler came in. His camera inspection identified the issue, performed the job on time, and we’re back in business.
The scope of the job changed abruptly due to a city feeder pipe issue. Tyler identified the issue and provided us with reasonable options.
He is a problem solver.

I had a plumbing emergency caused by a leaky valve in my laundry room. It was late at night and my husband tried to fix it but it was still leaking. I called Tyler right away as he's my go to guy for plumbing (has changed all the toilets in my house and has been fabulous). I texted him per his instruction and he responded right away. He gave instructions on how to do it properly since it was still leaking. Even after I said we did all that he emphasized what he said as it's a common issue (didn't know that!). My husband was able to stop the leak following Tyler's direction! This could have been a huge disaster as the water was close to entering the common area as it had been leaking for a while before it was caught.

Tyler was so fast in his response I honestly was blown away. It was late and he was already working at another jobsite. Nobody does that and I have used tons of trades. And he didn't accept payment from me for it!

If you need a plumber, he is your guy, 100%.

I contacted Tyler Monday morning,and he was in and completed by Tuesday at 11.

Not typical, but definitely glad to have it done! Any further issues I will be contacting him direct.
