I had Drain Right Now in just over a month ago to help trouble shoot a leak in the basement. Very professional and polite to deal with. I respected them so much that I called them back to replace my sump pump. Tyler and his guys are great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Mike and Allen were very professional and installed the new sump pump very quickly. They gave me options on how much it would cost to repair or buy a new one and my wife and I decided to buy new.

My only complaint was they ran about 4 hours late but this is to be expected because of what's going on in the world right now.

Other than that I would definitely recommend the company. You just have to have a little bit of patience with contractors these days.

The extremely heavy rains we got last week killed our sump pump! We woke up to a mini-flood in our furnace room. We’ve used Drain Right Now in the past and were happy, so it was Tyler to our rescue again! He was accommodating and efficient!

Used Drain Right Now previously for toilet repairs so I thought I would contact them regarding a Water Softener install. The appointment was booked, electronic confirmation received, reminder sent a day or so before (which I really like). The work itself was completed in two-three hours and I have to say the work space was immaculate once they finished. The area was small and they went above and beyond to make sure everything fit. They also had the insight to program the water softener to run during the day - as it was right next to a bedroom. This has been another excellent experience with Drain Right Now. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

My parents had a leakage on their ceiling on the main level. After calling another plumber in the area who failed to identify the problem, I turned to Drain Right Now. Tyler quickly responded via text, helped me walk through the issue to identify the source and laid out details of work/pricing before arriving. I called in the morning and less than 4 hours later he was at my parents house working. He found where the leak was coming from, replaced the old tub spouts with new ones, changed the chrome pipes of the toilet and also unclogged the shower. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also quoted us a very reasonable price.
My parents are extremely happy with his service and also grateful for coming in at short notice and felt safe knowing he was wearing a mask. Had a great experience working with him and definitely going to use him for all our future needs. Thank you so much.....

Our downstairs washroom was giving us major issues (clogging, etc) and Tyler had technicians on site right away.

The guys and Tyler were super friendly, knowledgeable and very informative before, during, and even after the work was completed.

We had flooding in our lakeside cottage. Called Tyler on the long weekend. He was able to assist us in preventing any further flooding over the phone.

They attended the next day and quickly located the cracked connection. He provided a photo of the damaged part and made the repair. We would highly recommend Drain Right Now.
