I’ve used this company with multiple properties. He’s a quick call away, he’s friendly, understanding & quick when you really need him in a pinch !!
He helped my partner and I Reno our first bathroom in our new basement and the fine details he puts into making it look spectacular is not something I expected. I truly thought he would throw in a toilet, sink & shower and head out. Instead he was there doing the fine touches to ensure it was not only functioning perfectly, but the it was beautifully done!!

Fast forward to a different properly. We had a massive water leak in our damage. It was continuing to flood. We called drain right now, Tyler / his employee picked up right away and made it to us within less than an hour. He instead let fixed the issue and gave us many options to decide between to prevent future issues.

He’s doing additional work including water softeners, dishwashers etc.

I hired Drain Right Now to do my main drain at my rental as well as install a new larger hot water tank and water sofener among other small jobs such as snaking the bathroom sink. I have had them work on my own house too installing a water sofener and scoping my main drain. Tyler and Mike a respond right away to any of my questions and concerns and get the job done.

I was having issues with water pressure and texted Drain Right Now. They got back to me quickly and were able to fit me in the next morning.
They showed up promptly and were very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to do the work that same morning. They came prepared with the parts they needed. They took the time to explain to me how it should be operating and what to watch for in the future. I was extremely happy with the work.
They are even holding on to my tank incase i need it for a lawsuit against the former home owners.
I will definitely contact them next time I need plumbing work done.

My well pump died and everyone's 24 hour service was maxed out, and took 3 days to get anyone to look at. Oh the joys of covid and finding any contractors. Another company recommended Drain Right Now, saying they service my area and they have not heard a complaint from anyone else that they recommend over to them. They squeezed me in their overbooked schedule and had to do a full replacement of my well pump. I really appreciated the above and beyond service I received. He did some additional preventative maintenance he help make my new pump last longer which he did not have to do. It was 8pm at night before we had everything replaced and up and running and then he went even further above and beyond checking my water pressure and upgrading the switch so I had better water pressure in the house. Anyone else would be running for the door to head home at this point. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing well service work done.

Tyler and his crew are absolutely amazing!!!!! This is the second time I have used them. They did a smaller repair for me at my cottage ( tub trap was leaking) and now they just repaired my main water line from my well to my cottage. He and his crew are very personable and explains everything with great detail of what needs to be done.
