Friday at 2pm we had no water and figured we would have to wait until Monday. Tyler and Mike fixed the problem and explained every aspect during the water pump installation and were equipped with all the right equipment and information.

Tyler and his team came and did a basement bathroom rough-in. Communication through the whole thing was great and the work they did was fantastic. Very happy and would definitely have them back.

We called Drain Right Now following a new water tank installation when it was discovered that the shut-off valve was completely ceased & had been dripping for a long time. We were able to get an appointment in 5 days (not bad for a non-emergency). Tyler & Mike arrived promptly & gave us a quote for not only this issue but for 2 other on-going issues one of which we could never have diagnosed without their input. The work was completed immediately & efficiently. Both Tyler & Mike were professional & friendly. I felt as if our house received a complete plumbing check-up. A positive experience. She kept us on a wait list and our service happened faster then anticipated. I can't say enough about how helpful this company is, they went over and above and help with other pool related questions we had as we are new to having a pool. The water tap in one of our showers would not turn off. We shut off the house main taps until they could get here. They were here within an hour…replaced the cartridge with out issues. The plumber was very nice,
