Furnace Repair from Gas Leak

Thank you Simply Comfort, you are amazing! Both Gregory and Rammy came out to fix the issue and turn the heat on again. These individuals arrived within two hours of my call and spent much time with me explaining, assisting and educating me on the process. I greatly appreciate this as it is all new to me seeing as my father recently passed. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again.

Volunteer Service

2 people visited our home (I am a new homeowner) from simply comfort, introduced them unethically as they are responsible for regular maintenance of our heating and cooling unit and performed 24-point maintenance as per their letter. But, after some time, our furnace and AC stopped working. Later, we came to know that the people visited our home are not properly trained personals to perform so-called maintenance and they we only sent out by simply comfort to promote their sale. Finally, they refused to take the responsibility of this damage, which led me to take up this issue to another level including legal action . New Home Owners! please be aware of these people.

Thank you for your feedback although we are dismayed to have read your review. As per our numerous conversations on the topic, Simply Comfort stands behind the fact that our Home Comfort Specialists who visited your home did not have anything to do with your furnace and air conditioner malfunctioning. When we sent out our trusted licensed technician, he determined that your furnace was over 20 years old and that the blower motor had seized due to it's age and the lack of maintenance by the previous homeowner.

Further, when we offered to fix your blower motor for you at a discounted rate, you declined and had it fixed by a different company. When we offered to cover 20% of that service fee, you declined as well.

We feel Simply Comfort has been more than fair and cooperative in this matter and hope you can understand our positioning.

Hvac equipment

Please becareful with this company and their agreement. I signed a 10year contract with them for their equipments. Their agreement s was so much in fine print and a lot that it included them putting a LEAN on my house which i didn't know. I went to the bank to consolidate my loans and i was told there was a lean on my house, and if i don't pay them off, it wouldn't go through. They are NOT GOOD , NEVER SIGN WITH THEM.

Great customer service

I was on the market shopping around for an AC because I didn't had one and I was referred by a family member of mine to call simply comfort. Dileep and Nathan came by and provided me with all the information on how to get a new air conditioner and the rebate. Both of them were very patient and knowledgeable. The installers came, laid down mats, and did a very clean job. I was very happy with the overall experience and would definitely continue to recommend their services.

Water Filtration Unit
