We cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric, Adam and the rest of the crew at Proline.
We bought a 50 year old home only to discover aluminium wiring and multiple improperly done adjustments by previous owners.
From the quote through to the finished work the team explained what they were doing and kept us informed of surprises. The only changes in price between the quote and the final invoice were items we added - no surprises in the bill.
Over the course of the project they spent more than 6 full days in our home and they were delightful. They took great care to keep the work areas clean and safe as they moved through the whole house.
Jolee is always quick to respond and ensures the office side is every bit as professional, efficient, and pleasant as the front line work.
While we hope we don't need their services again in the future, we will absolutely call if we do.
