Liberty Security

We recently installed an Liberty Security system in our home. We love the freedom it gives us especially being able to monitor our heating system while on holidays, what a huge relieve knowing everything is working in these cold winter days. The service has been wonderful, and I highly recommend this company if you are looking for an Alarm system.

I love that I can unlock my doors, change my thermostat, arm and disarm my system and turn on lights with my phone. Great service, knowledgeable staff and easy to use system. Love that this company is Edmonton based. Service is quick and efficient. Also love the work Liberty does with the Edmonton food bank! Thanks Liberty!

Just had the guy from Liberty leave (I think his name was Josh) and wanted to say thanks for actually being on time. I had a new fridge delivered a couple weeks ago and they said 12 to 4pm, which turned into 5:30 and a big mark on one of my walls. This was the opposite, showed up on time, was friendly and showed me how to use all the stuff. Would recommend.

I am very happy with the security system I had installed by Liberty. I use it all the time & feel very safe. The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable & polite. I love that they are Edmonton based & if I did have any issues with my system it wouldn't take long for them to have a technician at my place to service it.

Liberty Security rep told me I would save between 10% - 30% on my home insurance. Because of this savings, I purchase the security system and sign up for a 5 year contract. After I had everything hooked up, I called my home insurance and they told me I save 2% on my home insurance. This means I am out a couple thousand dollars because Liberty Security tricked me. DO NOT purchase this system! You will not get the savings they try to make you believe!!!!!! They should be shut down!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

We heard about liberty and their ability to connect you to your home from your phone from a friend who had received it from a guy that knocked on their door. We had looked into getting something like this already, so it was a easy choice when we looked into the many accolades that Liberty has received over the years.

We had a security system installed in our home. We were very happy with the product, we were able to customize it to meet our family's needs. The customer service has been excellent!
