Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you feel that way. The discount offered by insurance providers varies but historically the range is up to 20%. If our Sales person stated a 10-30% reduction, the higher range of 30% is too high and we apologize for that misstatement (*Please remember that this applies to your home insurance portion only). We have spoken to you about this matter and even attempted to contact your insurance company on your behalf. I believe we are in the process of removing your system at your request. It is unfortunate that it came to that, but in the end, we will always do what the customer wants. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience.
