It's been three weeks. From the start this was a horrible experience. Sales documents showed pictures of items that weren't actually available. Told system would be installed on GSM but was installed on wi-fi and wouldn't arm from outside house. Lock offered as part of package was sub standard. When I asked for a replacement lock on the advice of a locksmith, service technician called to argue with me on how good the lock would be, using his own experience as "proof". Requested a refund for the lock, as we chose to purchase a better quality lock on the advice of the locksmith. Requested installation of a smart thermostat that matched the one in the photo of the sales documents, that would have a display on at all times without pressing buttons. Was told this was the "old" model and would be ordered. Made appointment with technician to have thermostat installed. Technician was 90 minutes late, and called after 90 min to say that thermostat had arrived "used" and could not be installed. Requested entire system to be removed as we had had enough of run-around from the company.
Have been waiting on refund for activation and first month of service. Despite multiple calls to their office, their team feels this has been "closed" on their side and has advised us to chase down refund through the bank.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
