The guys were very professional. Because of COVID 19, they came in with masks on and proceeded to tape plastic down to protect our furniture, hardwood floors, stairs and railings and then went straight to work to remove the insulation in our attic. Before they left, they cleaned up everything. A couple of days later, they came to replace the insulation and they covered everything again with plastic. Before they started blowing in the insulation, they added extra vents and reinforced some of the beams that were a little loose without us asking. After they finished replacing the insulation, they cleaned up everything again. I was very impressed and I would highly recommend using J&J insulation to everyone that I can.

I can’t thank J&J insulation enough for the amazing job they did. The guys were fantastic, very respectful and they answered all of my questions without hesitation. When I contacted John about a few concerns the inspector had, he showed up the next day to take a look and sent his guys back to remedy the problem. Great service!!

We called John for a quote and he came right away. He was friendly and professional. Our project was delayed due to an unforseen circumstance but when the insulation crew came they too were friendly and efficient. They left no mess and the garage looks great. So happy with the job!

Needed to top up our attic insulation, met with John. He very prompt / professional and helped explain the whole process. Quote was slightly higher than competition but he matched price so went with him.

His team came today to do it. They were nice, clean and did a good job. The only thing holding it back from 10/10 was part of the plan was to add attic ventilation which they were unable to do because of the layout, something I would have thought they would know during the initial inspection / quoting.

Beyond that I was pleased with the service and would not have issue recommending them to someone else.

I had spray foam from J&J insulation only to find the job not done properly years later when the walls were opened up for a new renovation. Found many holes in the spray foam done by installer. Now I understand why kitchen was still cold after they applied foam. Disappointing since they didn’t fill the appropriate areas and it cost me much more to fix their crappy workmanship.

J and J Insulation were very professional and did a fabulous job on a complete basement renovation. The staff showed up on time and completed the job with no mess. They made sure that I was happy before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any insulation job.

The employees were very polite and informed. They did a good job of sealing off the areas, not to be sprayed, to protect them from over-spray. Would definitely recommend!

The individuals who came to do the work, were professional, kind and respectful. They protected the driveway and the home. They knew exactly what to do and did their job well above my satisfaction. The owner is also a man of his word. He kept to the schedule, made sure the team arrived on time and were prepared. I highly recommend J
