This was an incredible experience from beginning to end. It started when our furnace broke down and it wasn't worth fixing as it was already 19 years old. We got several quotes but we were most impressed with the salesman from Capital Home Comfort. He took his time to explain all our options and didn't feel pushy for a second. When we inquired after the fact with a few more questions, he was extremely prompt in answering us. The quote was also among the lowest we received and they sold us premium equipment.
The next day, the technicians came on time and they were very polite and clean. They rolled out mats before they started. They were quick and efficient and took the time to explain everything before they left. I think they left the basement cleaner than they found it!
Overall great job! We will refer them to all our friends and family.
